Changing your mind
For most goods bought online, you can cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after you receive them. If items in one order arrive on different days, the cancellation period usually starts after you receive the last item. Some statutory exceptions apply.
After telling us that you want to cancel, you generally have a further 14 days to send the goods back. We may withhold a refund until we receive the goods or you give us evidence that you have sent them back. Any refund due will be made within 14 days of receiving the goods or earlier evidence of return, whichever comes first, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree to another method. Where the rules require a delivery refund, it covers standard delivery, not the extra cost of a more expensive delivery option you chose.
Change-of-mind return postage arrangements will be clearly explained before checkout. The rules can require the seller to pay return costs if customers were not told in advance that they would have to pay them.
Faulty or misdescribed goods
Goods must meet legal standards, including being of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they do not, consumer law may give you a short-term right to reject them, or the right to ask for a repair or replacement and, in some cases, a price reduction or final refund. These rights are against Straun Group Ltd as the retailer. A supplier sending an item directly to you does not change your rights against us. Nothing in a store policy can take away rights you have under consumer law.

Please contact us first so we can confirm the correct return instructions and address. Do not send goods to the registered office unless we have asked you to.
